I contacted Flex Made Easy yesterday 4-6-22 for a claim that I have been chasing with my provider for the past 13 months. Shell was amazing! When Shell said she would look into the issue I honestly thought “here I go again, another month or two”. However, she had a response back to me in less than an hour. She was prompt, courteous and very committed to resolving my issue as quickly as possible! I am happy to say that the whole situation has been completed in less than 24 hours!
