I want to personally thank you all for the incredible work you put into making a difference for the employees. Most people only see the few days of open enrollment, but we all know how much planning, preparation, and behind-the-scenes work it takes to make everything come together. It takes a village, and I couldn’t ask for a better one! 

I honestly feel like this was one of the most successful in-person Benefits Fairs we’ve ever had, and that’s because of each and every one of you. Your hard work, positive attitudes, and willingness to jump in wherever needed made all the difference. I truly couldn’t do this without you!

I’m also incredibly grateful for the relationship we’ve built between our team and the AmeriLife team. It doesn’t feel like we’re two separate groups—it feels like one team with one shared mission: taking great care of our employees. That kind of partnership is rare, and I don’t take it for granted.

Thank you for always showing up, supporting one another, and genuinely caring about the people we serve. You make my job easier every single day, and you’re the reason our employees have such a positive benefits experience. I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside all of you and am so thankful for the positive, supportive environment we’ve created together.
