I just wanted to compliment JT on her customer service skills. I called regarding my FSA and she was able to clearly explain my benefit to me and the steps I would need to take to be reimbursed for expenses. She also issued me a new benefit card for future expenses. Finally, she followed up with an email to capture our entire conversation for me to reference later. She anticipated these needs before I even had to ask. She was kind, friendly, and most importantly incredibly knowledgeable and competent. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was and greatly appreciate JT’s help!
