I have the unique pleasure of speaking with our employees regarding their benefits daily, and in doing so, I have heard nothing but wonderful things about the customer service department at AmeriLife Benefits. Time and time again, I am hearing the praises of your agency and the way in which they go above and beyond to help our employees understand their benefits. I personally have also felt that I am always met with friendly, helpful, and attentive call center agents when I have to call the customer service desk. There is nothing more refreshing than truly having the confidence that regardless of who you speak with or the reason for your call,  you will always be treated with respect, confidentiality, and accuracy as well as knowing your requests will be taken care of in a timely manner.
